No other participants are allowed in the photoshoot except those mentioned in the “Quote” & “Final Booking Confirmation Email” received from infogkproductions@gmail.com
NOTE: “ALL” Photoshoots are strictly weather dependent.
There is a “surcharge of R100 per extra participant”. If it exceeds the total number of participants mentioned in the “Quote” & “Final Booking Confirmation Email” only received from infogkproductions@gmail.com
Photos will only be released when “Surcharge” is paid in full and received by GK PRODUCTIONS SOUTH AFRICA.
A surcharge of R100 will be charged for every 15 minutes if you go over your time allocation.
Booking is essential and subject to availability.
Photoshoot excludes public holidays (Please check with GK PRODUCTIONS SOUTH AFRICA before booking).
Upon receiving the “Quote” the client has 24 hrs to make the payment to confirm his/her photoshoot booking. Due to high calls & booking volumes, we cannot hold any bookings made by the client without any payment.
NOTE: Payment confirms your booking.
Photos are uploaded to the cloud and sent via email only.
Photoshoot cancellation can be done only 48hrs before your scheduled photoshoot. Photoshoot can only be cancelled or rescheduled due to Urgency/Emergency reasons or due to Weather factors which is only applicable to the clients who have received photoshoot confirmation via email.
Any cancellation or rescheduling of a photoshoot has to be sent or will be received in writing via email to/from infogkproductions@gmail.com.
PLEASE NOTE: No shows within “first 20 minutes” of the scheduled photoshoot - the shoot is forfeited (Cancelled) - NO REFUNDS.
We don't provide any RAW photos or Unedited photos to our clients. None of the photoshoot packages/deals permits clients to receive any RAW photos or any Unedited photos from GK PRODUCTIONS SOUTH AFRICA.
Clients receive one free basic editing request after every photoshoot. Thereafter each editing will cost R150(Colour,highlights,exposure & HSL correction).
Special editing upon request during the shoot where “Tummy”- “Stomach” needs to be fixed such as reduced or pulled in or up will cost R200 each.
Upon receiving no payment is made the quote will automatically get cancelled past the due date as mentioned in the invoice/quote. If the client requests a new quote for the same photoshoot a “New Quote/Invoice Fee” of R25.00 will be charged as “Re-Quote/Re-Invoice Fee”.
Photographers cannot promise or give to the clients any Unedited photos (Raw/Jpg) or promise to give more than the number of photos that were agreed upon during payment/Invoicing by the company and the client.
Photographers have the right to CANCEL the photoshoot if there is a NO SHOW in the first 20 mins of the scheduled photoshoot or if the client is unruly and not behaving or cooperating during the shoot. It is not the photographer's responsibility to request the clients to behave properly or be focused during the shoot.
Any Photobook, Photo magazine, Photo albums that are required to be collected from us - the customer needs to contact GK PRODUCTIONS SA in advance to confirm the collection Date, Day, Time and Location depending on GK PRODUCTIONS SA availability.
Photos delivery time is of 12 working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays so that we can edit the photos to match our required standards.
NOTE: All photos provided to the clients are digitals only, no printed photos are part of the photoshoot packages.
NOTE: Request to re-upload the photos and forwarding the link will be at an additional cost of R100 if your photos link has been expired.
